When You Feel Like You Don't Matter
“I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made, Wonderful are your works, my soul knows it very well. Psalm 139:14 ESV
Hey mama,
Has anyone told you today just how amazing you are? You truly are amazing.
It makes no difference if you are the mother of one child or many children – you should know just how amazing you truly are. Not only are you amazing but you are deeply loved.
You were created by a magnificent creator, and He knew exactly what He was doing when He formed you. You are not an accident. You truly matter.
Your worth can’t be defined by anyone else but Almighty God and He says you are special. Psalms 139:14 says, “I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made, Wonderful are your works, my soul knows it very well.
He is the One that defines your worth – not anyone else - and He says you are precious! Psalm 139:17 -18 says,” How precious also are your thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand; when I awake, I am still with you.”
I don’t know what you are going through right now, but God does. He wants you to know that He is there. He will not leave you – Not now – Not ever.
Sweet friend, rest in the arms of your heavenly Father. He is crazy over you - so when you start to think that you aren’t worth anything or that you don’t matter just remember…You are more precious to God that you could possibly ever imagine. You are most definitely fearfully and wonderfully made by an Awesome God that loves you more than words can say.
Dear God,
I pray for the mama reading these words. Whatever is weighing heavy on her heart, I pray that she will feel the weight of your love. I pray that she will know just how much she means to you. You didn’t make a mistake when you created her. You have a plan and a purpose for her life. May she know just how crazy you are over her and know just how precious she is. I praise you God for her, and I pray that you will strengthen her day after day. Draw her closer to you. In Jesus name, Amen.
